BidPathway collects information you submit through our trial and account forms, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, service area, company size, service categories, contract preferences, government-bidding experience and optional SMS consent.
We use this information to provide trial access, match public procurement opportunities, send requested alerts, contact you about BidPathway, measure advertising performance, prevent abuse and improve the service.
We may use service providers to host the site, process form submissions, store business profiles, send email or text alerts, and measure advertising performance. We do not sell your personal information.
When you arrive from an advertisement, we may store ad-click and campaign identifiers so we can measure whether the campaign produced a trial request.
If you separately opt in to text alerts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing weidner.matt@gmail.com.
